What time does virtual training run?
Courses run from 09:30 to 16:30 each day. An additional 16:30–17:00 slot is available for questions or to revisit a topic.
Is it live training?
Yes. Our instructors teach live using WebEx. You can ask questions, work through examples and get support throughout the course. Exam papers are sent separately for completion and return.
Do I need previous experience?
Our qualifier courses are suitable for newcomers. Trainers adapt to the experience of the group. If you already hold a qualification, contact us about the appropriate re-qualifier course.
How can I get individual help?
We work through review questions together and you can ask privately through chat. Additional trainer support is available if you need help with a particular topic.
Is your air training approved?
DG Solutions is a CAA-approved dangerous goods training provider. The approval number published on our existing site is 019449.
Can you train our whole team?
Yes. We offer online courses for teams across multiple branches, as well as bespoke in-house training focused on the goods you ship.
